Sheep management
Keeping sheep happy and alert during a three day trial takes some conscious effort. The sheep running in the lush field 1 were taken out to graze there every morning at 6 o'clock, so that they would have their tummies full when it came time for them to work, and the flocks were swopped between the fields every night.
